Effective Jan. 1, 2026, Ohio will increase vehicle certificate of title fees under the recently passed state budget. In Carroll County, the fee will rise from $15 to $18, with the $3 increase designated to help fund the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Watercraft and mobile home title fees are not affected and will remain unchanged.
