COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A Worthington resident filed a lawsuit against the city seeking to stop its deer management program set to begin next year.
The City of Worthington’s deer management program is scheduled to begin in January and will involve sharpshooters targeting deer in residential neighborhoods. Twenty-seven locations where professional marks people from the U.S. Department of Agriculture will conduct the culling, but residents have not been informed of specific times or addresses, only that operations will occur after dark.
