COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Multiple people have been injured after various shootings across Columbus on New Year’s Day.
Officers first responded to a warehouse in the 2300 block of South Hamilton Road at about 1 a.m. on Thursday after report of a shooting, according to the Columbus Division of Police. Two people suffering from gunshot wounds were transported to local hospitals, one stable and the other in critical condition.
Both victims are adults, police said. Information about a potential suspect has yet to be released.
At about 3:09 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of North Fourth Street on report of a second shooting, according to Columbus Police. An adult victim was found suffering from several gunshot wounds, but was treated at a local hospital and is expected to survive their injuries…
