Minimum Wage Now $11 Per Hour in Ohio

Ohio’s minimum wage is now $11 an hour for non-tipped workers and $5.50 for tipped employees, starting on Jan. 1.

This is a 2.8% increase from the 2025 minimum wage of $10.70 for non-tipped employees and $5.35 for tipped employees, according to the Ohio Department of Commerce.
