(WKBN) — One person is still at large, another was just arrested and a third suspect has a hearing scheduled later this month in connection with a $600,000 SNAP benefits scam in Ohio.
A warrant has been issued for Ionut Bizga after the suspect did not appear in Franklin County Court and was given until Dec. 22 to file a reason, which was not received. A $250,000 bond was revoked for that suspect.
A second suspect, Doina Bacelan, was arrested on Dec. 4. A hearing has not been set yet for this suspect…
