A motorcyclist has died after colliding with a COTA bus in southeastern Franklin County.
The collision happened Jan. 5 at around 4:07 p.m. at the intersection of Rohr Road and Gateway Court in Hamilton Township, according to a news release from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. The location is just east of Alum Creek Drive and near an Amazon fulfillment center and a DHL supply chain and logistics center.
A 2020 MT-09 Yamaha motorcycle was traveling west on Rohr Road toward Gateway Court, while a 2014 COTA bus was turning from Gateway Court onto eastbound Rohr Road, the sheriff’s office said…
