Ohio Woman Indicted on Federal Charge in Jamestown-Area Drug Probe

A federal grand jury has indicted an Ohio woman on a charge stemming from an investigation into narcotics activity in the Town of Ellicott. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Tuesday that 26-year-old Celina Serva faces a charge of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, which was the result of an investigation by the DEA, Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and Town of Ellicott Police Department.

According to prosecutors, the DEA and Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force began investigating the sale and distribution of narcotics in the Town of Ellicott. The probe included surveillance and controlled purchases of narcotics. On April 3, 2025, investigators executed a search warrant in the Village of Celoron, seizing multiple controlled substances, a shotgun, and a large quantity of cash. A subsequent investigation identified Serva as the alleged source of supply. Later that day, investigators arrested Serva as she allegedly tried to deliver methamphetamine to the residence. She was allegedly found in possession of 975 grams of suspected crystal meth.

Serva was arraigned Tuesday before a federal judge and released on conditions. If convicted, she faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison and a maximum of life…
