DELAWARE, Ohio — Chick-fil-A is set to open its first location within the city of Delaware as part of a major new commercial development at the northeast corner of Sunbury Road and Skyview Lane. The project will also introduce the city’s second Chipotle restaurant.
Plans presented to the Delaware Planning Commission show the development will include six commercial buildings and parking areas across more than 10 acres. The project is being led by GTZ Properties, an Illinois-based real estate company.
