The 13 First Alert Weather Team has issued a First Alert Weather Day for the afternoon/early evening of Wednesday, January 14th, for snow impacting PM travel and school dismissal.
- WHAT/WHEN: A quick snow burst in the early afternoon will be followed by general light to moderate snow showers across NW Ohio/SE Michigan.
- TOTALS: 1-2″ of snow is now possible in Toledo and along I-75, with higher totals still more likely east (2-3″ with isolated 4″ pockets the closer you get to Erie/Huron Counties).
- IMPACT: Reduced visibility will make for hazardous driving in that initial burst of flakes, with slick roads possible as light snow continues to fall through school dismissal time and the early evening commute.
