HILLIARD, Ohio (WSYX) — A man is locked up in a Franklin County jail after Hilliard Police said he threatened to shoot at people in traffic. 25-year-old Chase Osborne is now in custody.
At around 2:56 p.m., the Northwest Regional Emergency Communications Center began receiving numerous phone calls saying there was a white man walking eastbound on Cemetery Rd, and he was possibly on drugs. These calls also said the man was “waving a gun” and “pretending like he was going to shoot traffic.”
