Longtime Dublin residents David and Cindy Probst have pledged $1 million to the OhioHealth Foundation to support the expansion of OhioHealth Dublin Methodist Hospital. The donation marks the largest expansion project in the hospital’s history.
“We have called Dublin home for 40 years and have watched this community grow. It is our belief that having access to good healthcare is important to everyone,” the Probst family said. “The reason we were drawn to OhioHealth is its large network of hospitals located throughout the state of Ohio, providing healthcare to a significant number of Ohioans.”
Karen Morrison, president of the OhioHealth Foundation and senior vice president at OhioHealth, highlighted the Probsts’ ongoing commitment: “David and Cindy Probst have been dedicated philanthropic supporters of Dublin Methodist for more than a decade through generous participation in the OhioHealth Foundation Invitational, the creation of the Probst Family Nursing Scholarship and the Probst Family Endowment for Melanoma Care for the Dublin Cancer Center,” Morrison said. “The couple has seen firsthand the impact that Dublin Methodist has had in meeting the healthcare needs of Dublin’s growing and diverse community and were inspired to make this gift commitment so that Dublin Methodist can continue to provide exceptional care for all.”…
