COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Investigators say a man was fatally shot after an argument in a parking lot Thursday evening.
Columbus police said Jon E. Small, 32, came to a hospital with a gunshot wound around 11 p.m. He died about an hour ana half later. Another person was with him when he was shot, but was uninjured.
