Live updates: Roads closed in Franklin County

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – A winter storm is expected to drop around a foot of snow across Ohio this weekend, with temperatures so cold that it won’t be able to melt.

Roads were closed in Franklin County at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, with Sheriff Dallas Baldwin declaring a Level 3 snow emergency. Roads are open only to emergency personnel.
