Columbus man accused of threatening ICE agents on X

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A Columbus man is facing federal charges after allegedly threatening United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

According to the United States Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Ohio, agents from Homeland Security Investigations were alerted to alleged threats made to ICE employees on the social media platform X.

The investigation revealed that 21-year-old Justin Novoa reportedly posted, “they should blast every ice agent they find” in June 2025, and several months later posted, “can’t wait to shoot those (redacted) ice agents and (redacted) maga maggots.” Both social media posts were under an account named, “@Father2High”, which was traced to Novoa’s name, email, IP address, and phone number…
