Who Is Jeremy Taylor, and What Is He Doing In South Dakota?
Jeremy Taylor is wanted in Ohio for Gross Sexual Imposition, and local charges in South Dakota for Eluding, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction. Officers with the Rapid City Police Department approached Jeremy during a traffic stop on Friday, January 30th. He took off quickly after he was stopped, almost running over officers. Officials detailed the encounter in a Facebook post.
It’s unclear what Jeremy Taylor was doing in South Dakota.
On January 30th, Jeremy was stopped by RCPD officers; however, he drove off, nearly running over a police officer. Jeremy was last seen near Baker Park Rd. and Sheridan Lake Rd. in Pennington County, where he fled into the woods with an AR-15 rifle. He stands 6’2″ and weighs approximately 160 lbs.
Officers with the Rapid City Police Department and Pennington County Sheriff’s Office have been searching for Jeremy around the Sheridan Lake and Pactola areas. By the way, he’s known to be prepared for outdoor survival.
