A 19-year-old Columbus man was arrested early Sunday morning after deputies found him asleep behind the wheel of a running vehicle.
According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy on routine patrol around 4:00 AM found a blue Ford pickup parked in a dirt pull-off at the intersection of County Road 29 and County Road 5.
