COLUMBUS, Ohio — An 18-year-old man was arrested and charged after allegedly shooting two people outside a Columbus high school last year, according to Franklin County Municipal Court documents.
Records say 18-year-old Izariyah Edwards is charged with three counts of felonious assault and one count of improper discharge of a firearm at a school.
