COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Ten years have passed since a Nationwide Children’s Hospital employee was stabbed to death and the Columbus Division of Police is still at an impasse in its investigation.
On Feb. 12, 2016, Maribeth Quinn was found dead in her Westerville apartment on Carmichael Street. Quinn was discovered with several severe stab wounds and her death was immediately ruled a homicide.

Police said at the time it was suspected that Quinn was killed sometime on Feb. 11, that her apartment did not appear to be the scene of a burglary, and that the attack is not believed to be random.
Quinn, 53, was reportedly at work on Feb. 11, serving in the IT department at NCS as the Director of Enterprise Data Warehouse and Content Delivery Solutions. Coworkers told police that it was out of character for Quinn not to show up to work and a neighbor said that her dog was barking that Friday morning, but he didn’t think anything of it.
