CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -Starting with February bills, FirstEnergy customers should starting seeing refunds from the House Bill 6 (HB6) scandal that paid the energy company millions in a bailout of its nuclear power plants.
The HB 6 scandal was the largest public corruption case in the state’s history, for which two former FirstEnergy executives are currently on trial.
