LISBON, Ohio (WKBN)- A man won $100,000 off of an Ohio Lottery scratch-off in Lisbon, according to a press release.
The Ohio Lottery said that the man purchased a Holiday Lucky Times 10 Scratch-Off from the Uni-Mart in Lisbon.
