MASON COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — An Ohio man has been accused of stealing thousands of dollars in tools, police said.
Shawn Austin Horne, 26, of Middleport has been charged with receiving and transferring stolen property, according to a social media post from the Mason Metro Police Department.
