DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Buc-ee’s is taking legal action against an Ohio-based convenience store company.
A complaint filed Feb. 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio shows Buc-ee’s LTD. is suing Coles IP Holdings LLC., which owns Mickey Mart, a convenience store and gas station company.
