COLUMBUS, Ohio — A 17-year-old girl riding a scooter was killed when she was hit by an SUV in Delaware County on Friday afternoon, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
OSHP said the crash happened just before 3:45 p.m. on the eastbound lanes of state Route 750 near East Powell Road.
