DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The Xenia Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on State Route 4 near Bath Road on Friday, Feb. 27.
According to OSP, a 2010 Ford was driving northbound and slowed to make a turn when it was struck from behind by a 2018 Jeep Cherokee at approximately 3:40 p.m. Both vehicles fell off the roadway following the accident.
