A NEW law set to go into effect in one US state on March 20 could bring massive fines and jail time to residents over a dog’s “dangerous” and “vicious” behavior.

Those who don’t own a dog are also being warned of changes coming, as those considered “keepers” of a pup can face liability issues.

Avery’s Law is set to go into effect in Ohio in the coming days, bringing significant changes to state dog laws.
