MENTOR, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Volunteers continue collecting signatures to place a constitutional amendment on the November ballot abolishing property taxes in Ohio.
Of particular concern to the group leading that effort, Ax Ohio Tax, is the failure of the state, they say, to properly address the 1997 DeRolph decision, ruling the state’s method of public school funding unconstitutional.
