REYNOLDSBURG, Ohio — A Reynoldsburg-based caregiver was arrested in early March and charged in the death of her 15-year-old patient, who died last year.
Alice Toole is charged with involuntary manslaughter, patient endangerment and endangering children in connection to the death of Heyloe Spanks, who died on Aug. 14, 2025.
