COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Polaris Fashion Place confirmed several new stores and restaurants set to open at the mall this year, including Mediterranean fast-casual chain Cava.
Mall officials said Friday the new additions will bring a mix of dining and retail concepts to the north Columbus shopping center throughout 2026.
“We are thrilled to offer some brand new and exciting restaurants and retailers here at Polaris,” General Manager Tamra Bower said. “There is no shortage of opinions out there of brands we should offer at the mall — and we are proud to work with some new categories in Mediterranean fast casual and authentic Indian.”

Among the most notable additions is Cava, a Washington, D.C.-area brand known for customizable Mediterranean bowls, salads and pita wraps. The restaurant is expected to open this spring near Potbelly Sandwich Shop along Polaris Parkway.
