There’s a difference between living in a city and understanding how it actually works. This summer, Westerville is offering residents a chance to move from the sidelines into the inner workings of local government through the Westerville Citizen’s Academy Experience.
The multi-week program, held on Thursday evenings, is designed to give participants a clear, practical understanding of how departments operate, how services are delivered, and how decisions take shape. Along the way, residents will meet staff, ask questions, and see firsthand how the pieces fit together.
