NEW ALBANY, Ohio — A date has been set for the trial of a man accused of fatally shooting two of his co-workers and wounding four more at a New Albany warehouse last year.
Bruce Foster III was indicted on several charges, including four counts of aggravated murder and four counts of murder. If convicted, he faces life in prison without parole.
Foster’s trial will begin on Aug. 24. Licking County Common Pleas court documents indicated the trial is expected to last about two weeks, with the state expected to call 60 witnesses…
