COLUMBUS, Ohio (AVC News) — Dave Yost has filed multiple lawsuits across the state accusing several contractors and a builder of defrauding Ohio consumers out of a combined $564,000.
The lawsuits, filed in Franklin, Delaware and Muskingum counties, allege violations of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act.
