The Cannabist Company, which owns seven Ohio dispensaries including gLeaf in Warren, has filed for Chapter 15 bankruptcy in federal court.
Prior to the Wednesday filing, the company sold all of its cannabis-focused assets in Ohio, Virginia and Delaware to other companies.
