COLUMBUS, Ohio — The director for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, Annette Chambers-Smith, is resigning.
In a March 16 memo obtained by 10 Investigates, Chamber-Smith announced to staff that she was stepping down. She has led ODRC for seven years.
In that memo, she explained that she would be working in the governor’s office to “support Governor DeWine throughout the end of his term.”
