Starting April 1, 2026, anyone who wants to go door-to-door or sell food from a vehicle in Westerville must apply for a solicitor permit online. Paper applications will no longer be accepted.
Applicants need to provide a color photo ID, a BCI/FBI background check dated within 30 days of applying, and any required vendor or promoter authorizations.
