COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Ohio utility regulators are meeting again Wednesday afternoon on a request from American Electric Power to raise electric rates, a move that could increase bills by as much as $10 a month.
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio is considering AEP’s request to raise rates for transmission charges, which cover the cost of getting electricity to customers.
