Columbus TV meteorologist going off air for 18-week cancer treatment

Marshall McPeek is once again stepping away from TV – this time to undergo an intensive round of chemotherapy as he continues his fight against a rare form of cancer.

In a message shared with viewers, the longtime WSYX chief meteorologist said he will begin 18 weeks of aggressive chemotherapy starting this week.
