WEST UNION, W.Va. (WKRC) – A man was accused of leaving Ohio with “plastic bags of a green, leafy-like substance.”
According to WBOY, Randolph Keith Slemmer of Pennsylvania was taken into custody in the state of West Virginia after he allegedly left Ohio with nearly two pounds of marijuana.
Citing a criminal complaint, Slemmer was pulled over at around 10:49 p.m. on March 30 after law enforcement noticed a Hyundai with Pennsylvania plates traveling east on U.S. Route 50. Authorities reportedly saw the Hyundai veer onto the shoulder of the road multiple times, and a traffic stop was executed…
