WHITEHALL, Ohio (WSYX) — A chaotic series of attempted carjackings at a car wash was all caught on surveillance video.
Whitehall police say 35-year-old Doren Thomas targeted multiple vehicles at the Moo Moo Express Car Wash on East Main Street.
