COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Foreclosure filings are climbing across central Ohio, leaving some homeowners scrambling to hold on to their houses as the state ranks ninth in the nation for foreclosure actions.
In Franklin County, Aimee McCoy said she is desperate to save her Prairie Township home, which she bought in 2002. McCoy said she got behind on her mortgage payments and is now awaiting foreclosure.
