COLUMBUS, Ohio — A man was sentenced to three years in prison on Thursday after attacking a nurse at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center last year.
Asiakare Minor, 32, pleaded guilty last month to abduction and violating a protection order in connection with the attack.
Surveillance footage shows that on Nov. 6, 2025, Minor engaged in what officials described as “disruptive behavior” while holding a newborn, and pulling a nurse by her shirt collar. The hospital previously said staff de-escalated the situation and the baby was unharmed…
