RIVERSIDE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Authorities say there may be additional victims after the arrest of a 32-year-old Fontana man accused of posing as a plumbing contractor and defrauding an 80-year-old Riverside resident out of $1,000 for work that was never completed.
The investigation began on April 23, 2026, after an 80-year-old Riverside resident reported that Christian Arellano, who was operating under the business name Prime Plumbing & Sewer, allegedly took $1,000 for plumbing services that were never completed.
According to the Riverside Police Department, the victim later discovered Arellano was not a licensed contractor and had allegedly used a stolen contractor license number on the invoice. Detectives determined the license number belonged to a legitimate plumbing contractor based in Nuevo, California…
