Detectives with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department arrested four men accused of participating in an organized residential burglary crew that investigators say used hidden surveillance cameras, WiFi jamming devices and fraudulent license plates while targeting homes across Southern California.
According to authorities, the investigation began after a residential burglary was reported April 22 in the unknown block of 26th Street in the San Antonio Heights area of unincorporated Upland.
