A homeowner fatally shot an armed intruder after an exchange of gunfire inside a San Jacinto residence late Friday night, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies from the San Jacinto Sheriff’s Station responded at about 10:23 p.m. to the 1300 block of Heron Way following reports of an assault with a deadly weapon.
