Riverside County’s taxable properties rise

Riverside County’s taxable properties increased in 2025, a trend generally considered to be a sign of a healthy economy.

The county’s 2026 assessment role totaled $484 billion, a 5.2 percent increase from the previous year, according to a statement on the county’s website.
