A 24-year-old man who died while swimming with a friend off an Orange County beach Monday evening has been identified.
A 911 call reporting that a man had gone missing in the water at Crescent Bay was made just before 7:30 p.m. Monday, according to the Laguna Beach Department of Marine Safety.
