Investigators have developed new leads in the 2023 killing of a Southern California man but said Friday that they still need the public’s help identifying a suspect.
Rancho Cucamonga resident Victor Salazar, 41, was found dead Aug. 18, 2023, near 25th and Center streets, according to a news release from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies who responded to the scene found Salazar lying in the street with a gunshot wound.
