A 60-year-old San Diego County man accused of threatening harm to staff at a Temecula school and possessing high-capacity firearms is expected to be arraigned Thursday on felony and misdemeanor charges.
Louis George White Jr. of Warner Springs was arrested Saturday following an investigation by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
