A theft victim helped police catch two suspects who had allegedly stolen his tools as well as his neighbor’s car, according to the Fontana Police Department. On Jan. 19 at about 9:33 p.m., the Fontana P.D. received a report from a Rancho Cucamonga resident about a previous break-in of his vehicle and the theft of his tools, said Public Information Officer Daniel Romero.
