LOS ANGELES – A Norwalk man was arrested Wednesday on multiple federal charges related to his alleged actions during the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Michael Haltom, 43, is charged in a criminal complaint filed in the District of Columbia with felony offenses of civil disorder and obstruction of an official proceeding, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
