Six persons were arrested when authorities conducted an operation to combat retail theft in Redlands, according to the Redlands Police Department. Redlands officers, in collaboration with almost every loss prevention agent from the Citrus Plaza and Mountain Grove shopping centers, took part in the operation, the Redlands P.D. said in a Facebook post on Jan. 25.
